To these front shoe size I range between a 38 and a 38 1/2 in YSL. I have skinny feet and skinny legs. Are they very wide at the top? Also, what year were these released?

@csierra2066 2015 they run true to size for Ysl. I believe the measurements of the circumference are 16.75.
