NWOT this has been washed, but never worn for some reason my daughter will not put it on. I hate it when I buy her stuff she won’t wear… It’s so cute red blue and cream. Great for patriotic use stretchy size 6. It fit her a little loose when she was four and would probably work for the next two years… excellent fabric.
