Created by Avon and released for their 100th Anniversary celebration, it is a stretchy faux gold ring with 2 rows of clear rhinestones on an attached charm or pendant. It has a fold over snap lock closing. It measures 16 1/2 inches long but stretches to about 19 inches. It is in lovely vintage condition and there are no loose or missing stones. It is signed © AVON 1886-1986.
