Stunning rhinestone embellished mini dress in pale navy. Tag was cut; purchased by me personally at a boutique here in NYC. Features crystal embellishments, a cowl neck, and stretchy material. Only worn once briefly (so short that I have no photos in it!) and has been in storage ever since, so it needs a new home!
