NWT Betsy and Adam Sz 8 black tiered ruffle tulle gown

Never worn, with tags, black a-line tulle dress. Size 8, back zipper. Very romantic. Tiny snag in netting as seen in pic but not noticeable at all laying flat against main dress. A couple pieces of loose silver glitter here and there as it was hanging next to a glitter dress but they shake out fine.
