Vintage Red Velvet Ethnic Mini Dress

This is a gorgeous red velvet vintage mini dress. The dress is an ethnic style - it has no tags, but could be Indian, Afghani, or another middle eastern or south Asian country. The dress has long sleeves and an empire style waist, with multicolored beads and embroidery along the neckline. There are also faux coin details below the bust. The bottom of the dress has a velvet burnout style and the dress is banded at the bottom with further embroidery, and a band of fringe detailing along the hem. Total bohemian vibes! The dress pulls on over the head and ties in the back. Overall in good vintage condition - some of the fringe at the bottom has fallen off or is scraggly - see pics. It’s difficult to determine era for a piece like this as they are timeless and repeated over time - but could be from the 70s-90s. See measurements in photos for best fit - approx a medium.
