kdubsloft Are these navy blue or a brighter blue? Description says navy, but some of the photos look more like a royal blue color.

5150royalty_ @kdubsloft I took some photos outside.The ones with the pink tissue are outside. The ones with the sunflowers are inside. They just call it blue on their website. I added a photo from someone's review of them wearing them outside against black steps to give you a better idea. My best description of the color is Navy or dark blue, but due to the patent material depending on lighting,they can vary in shade. Primarily,they are dark or navy blue.
