Vintage Coach Mini Courier! 1970’s made in NYC Beautiful glove-tanned cowhide leather bag, with adjustable strap that can be worn cross body or shoulder. Leather is a beautiful camel color- leather conditioned with doc martins leather basalm- which has the same main ingredients as saddle soap- originally recommended by coach to use on leather bags to restore their appearance and leather quality. (See photo of vintage coach care instructions) Bag is true vintage, some normal wear like rubbing around the strap and rolled seams, but nothing that would affect the construction of the bag. skstuff @denimandjewels Hello! Beautiful bag! Did you clean and condition this bag? If so, what products were used? Thanks!

amanda_5855
amanda_5855 @skstuff doc martens leather balm was used. This was listed on a different platform and that was listed as products used. It was deleted tho after other members explained to her the ingredients in that balm are terrible on this type of leather.

skstuff @amanda_5855 thanks for the info. I am aware that people are very passionate about these bags and what people condition and clean them with. With that being said I think it is best to let the seller answer my question.

amanda_5855
amanda_5855 @skstuff I answered it so that anyone looking at this bag will know. I highly doubt the seller will actually answer what she put on the bag since it was deleted from other sales posts after she learned it was bad for the leather.

skstuff @amanda_5855 well maybe give her a chance. I only asked about an hour ago.

denimandjewels @amanda_5855 The post was actually deleted because I wasn’t a member of the group for 2 weeks, which made me not eligible to sell there. There’s zero reason for my to hide any information. You’re being very rude.

amanda_5855 @denimandjewels I have the screen shots that prove otherwise from the admins showing that you infact did delete the part about doc martens leather balm 😊

denimandjewels @amanda_5855 Please stop commenting on this listing, there’s no reason for me to hide anything. Leather balm was used on a leather bag. End of story.
