True wrap, 3/4 sleeves.bright floral flowers on a white background. Inside & outside ties. 18” p2p 37” length. Measurements are approximate as this is a wrap & has flexibility with the ties. It has a few pulls in the fabric & a few areas with some seam stress but the pulls are very slight & hard to see. This is a very nice piece with not too much wear.
