Super chic, translucent (clear) block heels with clear strap by TORRID. In size 9.5WW with a black velvet like material. Heel is approximately 3” in height. Shoes have a rubber sole and extra cushioned foot bed. Shoes are new without tag. Purchased for a photo shoot, but never worn.
