Bebe long sleeve mesh and fully ruched dress. Bodycon style, lined in black on boddess. Chunky zipper back. Only worn once! Elastic holding ruching together through the sleeves is deteriorating. Slight discoloration on shoulders of mesh. Dress is still in great condition, if you are savvy in removing or adding the elastic back into arms. Can be a project! Price reflects defect.
