MIA Black and Floral Velvet Lace-Up Boots Sz 8.5

These fun, moody boots are pre-owned and in very good used condition. They have been worn fewer than a dozen times. The left toe has a small bit of fabric thinning (see photo) but its only noticeable if you're looking for it.
