Metal and Glass Candle Holder. Black ornate metal stand with decorative green colored glass. Back has fold down part to set a votive or tea light candle that glows through the glass when lit. Good preowned condition with some light scuff, marks, remnants of sticker on bottom. Fold down art in back does not stay folded up, tightening screw may help, not sure.
