asquaretospare @shinyowl Hello and thank you for your interest. I sincerely apologize for the long delay in answering your question! Buttoned up, 23.5" without stretching The garment or straining the buttons. The coat does have some stretch, which is nice, and also an inverted pleat in the back to allow for freedom of movement.
