The large flap over the front has a magnetic snap closure. It has two Velcro flap close pockets, one on each end of the outside, one decent sized zipper pocket on the outside back and one zipper pocket on the inside. The strap is easy to adjust length from a shoulder strap or cross body. All the dimensions are in the photos. It's in very good, clean condition with no stains, holes, etcetera.
