Black Velvet Hat, Cloche, Casque Vintage Film Noir Headwear VFG 30s 1930s

A home-made hat! Very difficult to categorize, style-wise. It will fit just about any head. It's black cotton velveteen with a fun novelty print lining the inside of the brim only. Lots of netting to style the way you want. It really looks like it was supposed to ''bustle'' in the back, but I'm not even sure which is the back and which is the front! (or which is the side, come to think of it...) It is super retro, very ''Film Noir'', don't you think? It has no flaws. No hatbox with this but it will be shipped in a box!
