Donna Morgan NWT Asymmetrical Ruched Dress Misses size 8

Lovely new with tags dress is from Nordstrom. The color is “Cedar” which is a caramel brown color. It has a mock neck and back zipper. Ruched Shirred waist with asymmetric hem and slightly puffed long sleeves. It is 96% polyester with 4” spandex in a fabric called “scuba crepe” . New with tags. Size 8 measures 37.5” from shoulder to hem, 18” across the chest, 15” across the waist, and 18” across the hips.
