Great signature pattern 6 hole PM agenda. Nice, vibrant leather, not dirty, no smells. See photos for call outs: tear inside bottom seam. Looks like an easy fix??? Also, a very small rub on inside of front cover near logo. Comes with a large amount of generic refills - featuring undated weekly and monthly calendars, to do list, blank pages, plastic zip closure pockets and more. Snap closure working perfectly. Other than call outs shown, I would consider this agenda in good condition, ready for use. I bought it for my own use, but I need a smaller thin paper one for my purse.
