jvick5345 I purchased this on Dec 12 hoping for a delivery before Christmas if possible, but understanding if that would not be possible. I have reached out multiple times politely asking for an update but have this far received radio silence. Perhaps it is the season and you are traveling to see family or have family in town and life is too hectic as this would be understandable. But that could be easily communicated. At this point any communication would be appreciated.
