Great used condition Anna costume. There is no size on it but I was say it’s an adult small. There are a couple spots on the gold that are cracking. You can’t really tell. I have included pictures. It’s a beautiful dress that’s great quality.

Is the waist elasticized? Or a snug fit no wiggle room 26” ?
