The leather is an excellent condition on these, they need a good polishing. You should not expect perfection on these, like I said above they need a good cleaning and polishing and the heels probably need some help along with the rest of the bottom of the shoe they're quite slippery due to the finish being worn down. Quick fix at a boot shop.
