Forever 21 exclusive gorgeous garnet red floral embroider mesh overlay dress

This forever 21 exclusive dress is in very good condition. It does not come with a belt but wanted to show what it would look like with one on. Think you could dress this down with a belt and boots and go for a BoHo look. It has a voided scalloped edge at the hem and on the cap sleeves. Hook & eye key hole closure at the back.
