vagrigg Please advise if leather wear can be cleaned as well as chain TY

lvpretties @vagrigg the chain is silver .925 and can be cleaned it has tarnishing, the leather is tarnished from oxidation from the silver and does have some fading but I have not attempted to clean the leather.
