The scent pods are all new. A couple of the pods were opened to sniff, and the lid dipped into the gel/wax. It in no way affects their use. Any specks or dark spots in the wax are from the process where the dye settled or wasn't completely mixed in. Not all beautiful, but when they warm, your house will smell amazing! This lot will be packaged carefully. I ship the same day when possible. If not, then the next business day. I try to use recycled packaging materials whenever possible. Not responsible for melting or leakage during hot months and transport. I've never had it happen, but I wanted to mention it. They will be individually bagged to avoid any mess if so.
