@poshprincess412 the rise in these is 10”. I looked again, and I actually don’t think it was a stain, maybe just part of the wash. I just like to be careful, but I actually can’t see a stain.

@poshvegas1 I measured again and took a pic, and they actually are 15”. If you look at the last pic, it shows the waist. Yes, they are very, stretchy!
