Brand new never used still has all packaging and protectors on it! I will point out I see a small light mark on the back side as pictured, it looks like surface level dirt, so maybe a leather cleaner can remove it but I don’t want to disturb it just in case. This bag has been stored since purchase so I believe it may have arrived like that and I never noticed. Just want to be transparent! No visible scratches on the smooth leather, color is a beautiful red. Includes the removable shoulder and adjustable crossbody straps. Smoke free home
