Wray NYC Josephine dress

New with tags! Wray NYC’s signature ruched-front Josephine dress, made from a breathable, lightweight, extremely stretchy fabric. Super-comfortable. This is an XL but it absolutely will fit many plus sizes. (Please share listing with your plus-size friends!) Designed with a slightly curved hemline, back zip, and sexy back slit hem for easy movement. Wray NYC’s exclusive Ocean Gingham in cerulean blue and white is a fun twist on a classic gingham, very va-va-voom. Size XL fits me perfectly as an 18; I’d say could fit anyone from a 14 to a 22 because of the ruching and amount of stretch. (I've found that Wray NYC's sizing is ... idiosyncratic? I adore this small, local, plus-friendly company but size consistency is not their strong suit.) For this specific dress, length (front neck to hem, unstretched) is 45”, bust (unstretched) is 22, hips (unstretched) is 25. Midi to maxi, depending on how tall you are. I'm 5'5" and it's just above the ankle at the longest point; you can see the intriguingly curved hemline in the pics. VERY tall-girl friendly. It's such a sophisticated, unusual, stealth-sexy dress in such a playful fabric. I'm just not a gingham girl, though I thought I could be a gingham girl when I bought it. Thus, this has never been worn. :/ 64% Polyester, 32% Nylon/Polyamid, 4% Elastane. Wash cold, air dry, do not bleach, do not iron. Made fair trade in Hong Kong; designed and developed in NYC.
