@keeplifesimple_ hello thanks again for your patience. All measurements laying flat: arm to armpit as well as shoulder to shoulder are both approximately 17 inches. Neckline to hemline: not sure if you mean back of neck or top neck/collar bone where jacket open… back of neck to bottom of jacket is approximately24 inches and front of neckline where jacket opens is approximately 19 inches.
