I like this, but am trying to figure out how the neckline works. Are there tassels missing? Does it open all the way down or have closures? Sorry, just hard to tell from the pictures.

@jqsander Hi...I added 4 more pictures. There are no tassels missing. There is one silver eye hook to close and to cover up more, or you can release it to show more declate. Hope this helps. Thanks for looking!
