Small dog harness, Velcro closure

I have one new, never used dog harness by yap USA for more info on the company. Their website is on the tag in one of the pictures. I love this harness because it’s escape pro super firm Velcro very comfortable for the dog. in an emergency, you can bring in your leash and one lot injure your dog and the dog will not fall out of the harness. I purchased the wrong size. This is size large and it’s a little too big for my dog. My dog is 11 pounds. My dog is usually a size medium in this company but again look at the website if you have any questions on sizing. This item is new. Only tried on once to realize it was the wrong size. I had to pay for shipping and it was in USD money.
