Vintage 1960’s Malia Honolulu Floral Maxi Dress

Stunning vintage maxi dress! EUC/NWT? There is an old looking price tag on it and appears to have no wear, however I did notice the hook and eye closure is missing on one side of the zipper and there is some fraying on the thread belt loops (I think you’re supposed to remove them anyway?). Zipper is fully functional. ***IMPORTANT SIZE INFO*** Listed as size 10- please see measurements! To me, fits more like a modern size 4 and there is NO stretch. Sadly too small for my size 6/8 bod.
