EUC Special FX leggings in Terracotta Pink Distorted Lace. I would describe the pink as a dusky rose. The black is velvet flocking. Super cute! I think they run a bit small, also intended to give you an ultra snatched look. See the provided size chart from website. They are flattering and cool, but I prefer a roomier fit.
