This is a formal floor-length dress. It is navy blue lace. It has a satin line lining, and the lace is over top of. The sleeves are short and just lace. Back is a little lower, and it zips up. The back of the dress is longer than the front, giving the dress a small train. No tags have only been tried on, never worn out. It is a plus size 22 from Torrid.
