VTG 80's Eletra Casadei Cocktail Dress 4 Evening Gown Blue Sheer Chest Sequins

Eletra Casadei  Vintage Dress/ Evening Gown Gorgeous dress from 1982 Main color is a royal blue Chest had a sheer pantel with sequins and beading....stunning!!! Shoulder pads Plunging V Back (The photo on the manequin does not show fully zipped, I didn't want to force the zipper.  See flat lay photo to show it fully zipped. Excellent condition, no flaws found! I tried this dress on and it is amazing!!!! I wish I had an occasion to wear it, if you do and purchase it....this will be a stunner! Measurements... all lying flat,straight across Chest (armpit to armpit) = 17.5” ? There are not seams at underarms to get exact measurements. This is an estimate. Waist (straight across, lying flat) = 11.25” Hips (straight across hip area, lying flat): 19.5” Total length = 44.5” (main part of dress) the left side extends an extra 5” to the longest point.
