Earthing Mat with long cord, get yourself grounded ✌️See earthing.com for more info I can also include the outdoor grounding connection rod. If you have a modern house, your outlet is probably grounded. My house is from the 50's, so it wasn't grounded and I ran this grounding connection rod from the mat through my window and into the ground. hopefully that makes sense lol

dandelionrising @poshlvnv it's ready to go, you just plug it into your outlet but your outlet must be grounded. I also have a grounder rod if you need it if your outlet isn't grounded. That is a thin cord that runs out a window and the rod is inserted in the ground, the other end attached to the mat. I will update the description to include the outside grounding rod.
