WHBM Ruffle Cardigan Open Swing Sweater This is FABULOUS!! WHBM at its finest. A Warm, Thick, Soft, Cozy Sweater with a Ruffle the encircles the entire sweater. It is used and if I look close I can see tiny signs of wear but the variegated Black & White Color Hides it well, over all in great condition.
