New with tags size XL by Express. Silver metallic blouse. Long balloon sleeves that are unlined so they have a nice semi-sheer detail. Peplum hem with a tie back. Great going out or New Years top! There are a couple places where it looks like a thread may be coming loose and there appears to be a small black dot on the tie but nothing really noticeable or that impacts the look!
