This NWT SHEIN Black Mini Dress has long lacey long sleeves, with a string tie opening at neck, a Flared skirt and a side zipper opening (under the arm). Darts in the front give the bust a little more room. Its fun and flirty, with a kind of Wednesday Addams appeal. Note: The lace sleeves are completely see-through. The white you may see in the photos is the mannequin. In the video I placed white material inside the sleeve for contrast to help see the lace design better. Made of 95% Polyester, 5% Elastane.
