I only had the opportunity to wear these shoes twice since purchasing them. They have normal signs of wear and tear especially on the sole of the shoe. Otherwise, they are in good condition. There are multiple holes in the strap, so you can make the shoe fit comfortably around your ankle. I believe the heel is about 2 inches. It also fits true to size and is made of a suede like material. **Please note these shoes are a size 6.5 and will be shipped in the original box. The box does have signs of use since I store other shoes on top of it.**
