Very very good pre-loved condition (I think I wore this once) black pencil skirt with a flared ruffle hem. Perfect for work with a nice blouse. Always good to have a black skirt on hand for different occasions - work, a funeral, luncheon, etc. Side zipper. It has some seam details running vertically from top to bottom. It isn’t too flashy or noticeable, just a little something that it isn’t a flat material. Size 18. Does not really have any stretch to it.
