Melloday sz sm top in a pumpkin color with a floral print. Ruching front & back

Very pretty top Like new Cute print. Looks like smocking on the upper front and back. Has some stretch to it. Ties in front with matching fabric. The sleeves are about 3/4 with an elastic band above a small ruffle. Rayon.blend. Measurements are pit to pit flatfold about 21”. Over the gathering. The full length to the hem is about 25”.
