Phils hat, but you could honestly wear it for the Sixers, or whatever else! Color is “vintage navy” and purposely distressed. Lighting is bad in 2nd pic, there is no orange tint to the hat. Bought it at the 47 store at the ballpark a few years ago and haven’t seen another one like it. I think the 47 brand style is the “clean up”. It’s super soft and light weight, not a hard structure (see last pic.)
