Brand new in perfect shape except one shoe heal has a tiny bit of sticky residue left behind (interior of shoe) from shoe pads I tried to use to make these fit because they are a half size too large for me. When I removed the pad it left behind a tiny bit of residue that will probably come off after one or two wears. In perfect shape otherwise! Never been worn outside just tried on in the house.
