eshakti red short pencil skirt with pockets size 22/24

This is a like new eshakti red short pencil skirt. I ordered it, removed tags, washed it, and never wore it. It was made to my measurements but if you wear a size 22/24 in pants/skirts, this would fit you. It has a slit in the back and pockets! It measures 23.5 inches across the waist and 20 - 21 inches long from waist to hem. These measurements were taken on a flat surface. It is made of polyester and rayon. It doesn't stretch. It can be machine washed but needs to be line dried.
