This skit has a side zipper and is 100% Silk. The skirt is size 14. Has breading on the over lay. The estimated measurements are waist 16 inches length 28 1/2 inches. This is a preowned item and has been freshly cleaned. No noted flaws. I will bring to your attention that some of the sequins are not all present you will see this when you look very closely.
