Apt 9 Plus Size Black and White Blouse

Apt 9 Black and White blouse. Size 3x. One of my favorite tops I wore for work. There is a small snag in the sheer fabric in the front of the shirt. It is hard to see due to the design of the shirt. The design is on sheer fabric and under is white solid fabric. The sleeves are sheer fabric. There is an elastic band at the bottom of the shirt for style. Thin and lightweight.
