What is the measurement of the height of the bag to the strap? Also depth please ? Is there a pocket on outside? Ty

@willowwhisper the outside pocket has a 5in zipper, and is approx 5inx5in on the inside. My Samsung Galaxy 23 does not fit. However, one of the inside pockets would accommodate a phone.
