Brand new with tags. This was one of my favorite dresses I tried on, but went with a different one. Super comfortable and flattering. Looked really high quality for the price! There is a little smudge on the front as shown in the picture (I think just from trying on). Didn’t try to get it out but it’s not makeup or anything like that so I hope it would come out easily!
