Vintage 1970s Terri Petites floral mini dress, size 9

Gorgeous and amazingly unique mini from the 1970s! A lovely teal blue with white flowers, the sleeves are a flowy sheer material, and the body is a thicker material with buttons. Attached belt in the back. A few flaws to mention - elastic in sleeves is stretched out, seam at side is starting to separate, a couple of small spots on one sleeve that I have not tried to treat. This does have some stretch, but it best fits a size Small or 2/4!
