Style number 9455 in Red ❤️ This bag is priced less than I paid so I’m not going much lower than this price. I’ve been collecting Coach since 1987 but all good things must come to an end, so I’m done now. Im actually done collecting bags in general so I’m clearing out 99% of my collection because I’m pretty sure I’ve had EVERY bag; at least every Coach bag! 🤣 “Authentic zippered clutch from late 70s - changed name to basic bag around 1980 (with a small design change where the leather tab on the sides got longer” this is from an expert in the Coach Community. I just thought it was a Basic Bag. I didn’t know it was the original design before they changed the name to Basic Bag! 🔆 Any Call Outs shown where my fingers are pointing in pix. 🔆 Beautiful red color. It didn’t come with a hangtag when I purchased it. Red hangtags aren’t easy to find and aren’t cheap so you’re looking at about $75 to get a matching one sided red hangtag for this bag. I love how the early Coach brass had special stamps, like the tiny anchors on the clasps like these. Very light evidence of wear especially considering age. No split corners or rips in the leather. No patina. Made in New York City Brass Hardware with Talon Zipper & Anchors. Double strap is adjustable with 16" drop 4" clutch/wrist strap No funky old odors.
